THE BREATHE TO PERFORM ACCREDITATION PROGRAM

Our Breathe to Perform accreditation program is an opportunity for educational leaders to introduce evidence-based solutions to stress and anxiety management for students and faculty.

LEVEL 1

Introduction

Breathe to Perform level one schools implement an introductory breath education class each semester. This class shares the latest science on stress management with students and faculty.

LEVEL 2

Implementation

Breathe to Perform level two schools implement a 2 minute breathing exercise at the start of the schoolday. This helps both teachers and students to transition into a learning environment.

LEVEL 3

Breathe to Perform Curriculum

Breathe to Perform level three schools introduce the 4 part Breathe to Perform curriculum each semester. The curriculum focuses on the relationship between breathing and anxiety as well as how breathing relates to attention and academic performance.

Schoolwide Training

Breathe to Perform level four schools hold an annual schoolwide training for students and faculty to lean about the latest science of stress and anxiety management.
